8th overall after „learning by doing“ in the sand.
The second stage over 309 kms surprised the competitors with several surfaces and landscapes. Steppe roads, corn fields, sand dunes and rivers past by the drivers fighting for the seconds.
The HS RallyeTeam loses some minutes due the learning process with their new competition car, the SAM 30D CC. There is some difference between the driving in sandy conditions with a T1 Prototype instead a Buggy, and therefore Matthias Kahle and Dr. Thomas Schünemann must „learning by doing“ in the race. They do do it not that bad and thus the day result on position 8th and also the 8th position in overall standings keep the Team quiet satisfied. Also the health of both drivers is getting better and better and they looking forward for the new challenge tomorrow – Stage 3 with 488 kms in race.
